Oystercatchers take a Bath!

Posted on

Oystercatchers had a fabulous time at the Roman Baths on Thursday.

The weather was a bit drizzly but it didn’t matter – we had a great time learning all about our Roman ancestors. We spent hours wandering around the baths, listening to the brilliant audio guides that helped us understand more about the Romans. We even met some Romans sat by the side of the main pool!

In the education session with one of the Roman experts from the baths, we learned even more and got to handle some genuine Roman artefacts. A great time was had by everyone and we were all exhausted after a long day of exploring and learning.

Thanks to Mr Ostler, Miss Houghton and Mrs Usher for giving up their time to come with us.
